SubscriptionBoss now has the ability to notify your Infusionsoft account, via an action set, when a refund is issued on PayPal.
There are two types of refund:
- Refunds of single payments
- Refunds of individual recurring payments
SubscriptionBoss processes the PayPal IPN and works out to which product or subscription charge the refund is to be applied. If you have specified a Refund Action Set for this product or subscription then it uses the Infusionsoft API to find the ID of the relevant contact, and then calls the action set for this contact.
You specify the refund action set on the Edit Subscription page:
